Eviction suit dismissed by trial Court on the ground that land-lord tenant relations could not be proved–First appellate Court reversed the findings and decreed the suit–Appreciation of–Suit was filed by M on 3.02.1981–Thereafter she created the trust on 18.03.1981–Subsequently the property was transferred to respondent-land lord on 15.04.1981–Sale deed was signed by M herself as the trusty–Held, respondent became the land-lord by virtue of regd. sale deed of trust and he was not required to prove the transfer of property of original plaintiff in favour of trust–First appellate Court rightly held that the
land-lord tenant relationship had been proved.
