Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Secs. 37 & 42–Trial Court impounded the document and directed the petitioner to send the certified copy of document before the Collector (Stamps) instead sanding the same by itself–Appreciation of–Document is impounded and sent to Collector (Stamps) under the proviso of Sec. 42(2) when the party interested is prepared to pay the cost of preparing copy of document–No such interest was shown by the petitioner–Further, powers u/s. 42 are discretionary–Held, no jurisdictional error was committed by trial Court in passing the impugned order.
