Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 16–Scope–Readyness and willingness is required to be proved only when the person seeking for specific performance is yet to perform his part of contract–Where the complete payment had been made and sale deed was executed, only the registration of sale deed was not completed, plaintiff was not required to prove his readyness and willingness.
