Commercial Courts Act, 2015–Sec. 6–Whether the Commercial Court would have decided the suit relating to recovery of amount of loan ?–Held, yes–A commercial dispute shall not be ceased to be a commercial dispute merely because it also involves action for recovery of immovable property, which would therefore, include a recovery of money in relation to loan provided for housing purposes which obviously is an immovable property.
