Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954–Sec. 5–Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 86–Scope–The revenue laws and the laws pertaining to the land in the State of Rajasthan can be used as supplemental provisions in the aid of the Act of 1954 by virtue of Section 5 of the Act, and, therefore, Sec. 86 of Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 can be applied by the petitioner r/w. Sec 151 for setting aside the earlier ex parte order.
