Registration Act, 1908–Sec. 49–Stamp Act, 1899–Sec. 35–Trial Court allowed the agreement of sale of take on record which was unregistered and unsufficiently stamped–Held, document be send to concerned Collector (Stamp) for adjudication of proper stamp duty–It will be admitted in evidence after payment of proper stamp duty.
