Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Conviction–Circumstantial evidence–Establishment–Appellant was residing in the house of deceased–He was found missing from the day of incident–He failed to establish the plea of alibi–Recovery of ear ring and necklace of deceased at the instance of appellant–These were duly identified by the complainant–Prosecution established the circumstances which are leading the guilt of appellant–Held, conviction was justified.
