Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 24–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 468, 471 & 120-B–Prayer for dropping the proceedings–Dismissal of–Justification–Police submitted the report u/s. 173 only in regarding to the involvement of accused K–No specific order was passed in regard to taking the cognizance against present petitioner and no bail bonds were taken from the petitioner–Further, the petitioner was not before the Court at the time of taking the cognizance–Impugned orders passed by the Trial Court are perfunctory and against the settled principles of law–Impugned orders deserve to be quashed and set aside to the extent of petitioner.
