evidence–Witness of last seen did not tell anything to police at the time of lodging report–Fact of last seen was disclosed by him after one month when his statements were recorded–Prosecution failed to prove that the samples were sent to FSL in a perfectly sealed condition–Therefore, the evidence of blood group found on the recovered articles is suffering from infirmity–Held,prosecution has not been abled to negate the innocence of appellant–He is entitled to be acquitted.
