Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 228–Essential Commodities Act, 1955–Sec. 3/7–Order of framing the charge–Justification–Order was passed in a very casual manner–It is totally non-speaking–Trial Court has just tried to fulfill empty formalities–the Documents Anx. 2 & 3 suggest that during the investigation, the negative final report was proposed in the matter–Impugned order set aside and matter remanded back to Trial Court after hearing the counsel of the parties.
