but the medical evidence showing her age over 18 years–She herself also stated that she is aged of 19 years–No allegation was levelled for the offence u/s. 376–Father of prosecutrix also want to dispose of the episode–Though the offence is not compoundable yet the welfare of parties deserves for quashing the proceedings–Ordered accordingly.
