Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 304-A & 279–Probation of Offenders Act, 1958–Sec. 4–Petitioner-accused is aged of 58 years–Accident occurred before 21 years–It would be harsh to send back to him jail–It would be appropriate to place him under probation–Directed accordingly.
