Partition–Claim of–Limit of permissibilily–Properties described in sl. no. 2 are separate and self-acquired by appellant no. 1 through succession or transfer from the mother or sister–Inclusion of these properties as forming the part of coparcenary is untenable and illegal–Preliminary decree is modified accordingly.
