Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 127–For seeking the enhancement in maintenance amount, petitioner is supposed to file the application u/s. 127 and if any application is submitted by the petitioner before the concerned Family Court, it is expected from the Family Court to get affidavits of both the parties with regard to their income–Directed accordingly.
