Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2–Order of temporary injunction–Interference by appellate Court–Scope for–Held, interference is not warranted unless the discretion exercised by the trial Court is palpably incorrect or untenable–Interfere can be made, if the order is found arbitratory, perverse or capricious or where the trial Court has ignored the settled principles of law relating to temporary injunction.
