Permanent Injunction–Decree of–Appreciation–Unregistered sale deed can not confer the title in favour of appellants–It is not the case of appellants that they were the tenants–Plea of adverse possession, taken by them is also defeated by the claim of title–Held, decree was rightly passed against appellants.
