Criminal Trial–Plea of defence that the deceased was suffering from epileptic fits, she fell down and sustained multiple injuries–Postmortem report revealing 14 injuries, marks of throttling over that neck by the outer side of palm–First and third cervical vertebra and six ribs were found broken–Cause of death was asphyxia due to laceration of the cervical spinal chord–Plea deserves to be negated.
