Benami Transaction–Burden of proving–Burden to prove this fact was on appellant who asserted this fact–He miserably failed to prove that there was a benami transaction and that the amount for the sale deed executed in favour of plaintiff was paid from the joint funds of all the three brothers–Held, the property cannot be said to be benami.
