Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Eviction by Appellate Tribunal on the ground of personal and bonafide necessity–Father of the respondent landlord issued the notice for recovery of outstanding rent–It was also stated in the notice that the non-payment of rent would attract the litigious action–It cannot be said that the incorrect averments were made in the notice–Shop in question was required for the immediate use of the son and grandsons of the land-lord–Impugned judgment passed by the Appellate Tribunal is based on correct appreciation of evidence–Interference declined.
