Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 279–The mere fact that the accused was driving the vehicle at high speed may not attract the provisions of this Section and the prosecution has to prove something more–Prosecution should prove that such driving was so rash and negligent as to danger human life or to be likely to cause hurt or injury to any other person.
