Indian Succession Act, 1925–Secs. 61 to 63, 70, 73 & 372–Multiple wills–Subsequent will dated 15.11.78 superseded the earlier wills dated 1.11.62 & 23.12.74–Property was bequeathed to respondent No. 1, who was also entrusted with the responsibility of looking after the wife and daughter of testator–Testator wrote and verified this document in presence of two witnesses–Witnesses also endorsed their signatures–FSL report also corroborating this fact–Mother and daughter also supported the respondent in obtaining the succession certificate–Held, findings recorded by High Court are plausible being based on material on record.
