Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989–Secs. 14 & 14-A–Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 190 & 460–Order of taking the cognizance for the offences under the provisions of Act & IPC–Revision against–Revisional Court set aside the order and remanded back the matter–After taking the cognizance, trial Court ought to have committed the case, for necessary adjudication and trial to the competent Court–Impugned order of revisional Court is quashed & set aside and trial Court is directed to commit the matter to the Court of competent jurisdiction.
