Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 420–FIR–Declined to quash–Justification–Dispute in regard to purcahase of the plot–As per the agreement, sale deed was to be executed till 24.12.2014–Nothing on record to show that the respondent-complainant initiated the civil proceedings for execution of sale deed or for alternative return of the earnest money–In the earlier complaint, no offence was found to be made out–Effort of the complainant was to put pressure on appellant while involving her in a criminal case to get his money back–FIR is liable to be quashed.
