Sec. 151–Dismissal of application–Appreciation of–As per record of case, compromise was placed on the record, but the same was not attested and the plaintiff disputed it–Thereafter, the suit was contested by both the parties and the agreement was impounded for requisite stamp duty–After 12 years, in all of a sudden, petitioners moved the application for deciding the suit on the basis of compromise–Trial Court has framed the issue in regard to disposal of the suit in view of the compromise–Held, no material irregularity, illegality or jurisdictional error was committed by the trial Court in dismissing the application.
