Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Secs. 2(c) & 9–After death of original land-lord, petitioner-coparcener became the co-owner of premises–Payment of rent was made to him by the respondent-tenants–He comes in ambit of land-lord and he is entitled to file the petition seeking eviction–Impugned order of Appellate Rent Tribunal set aside and matter remanded back for decision of appeal afresh.
