Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 100(4)–Scope–Even at the time of hearing finally the second appeal, a party can raise objection that there is no substantial question of law involved and if the Court is satisfied that there is no substantial question of law is involved and the question framed is not a
substantial question of law, the High Court may dismiss the appeal.
