Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 451, 419, 420, 468 & 120-B–Criminal prosecution–Permissibility–Petitioner was working as a RO fitter without any break in service–Respondents issued the cheque of salary in favour of his wife with the intention to show interruption/break in his service–Act was challenged by the petitioner and this Court passed an order in his favour–Thereafter, the respondents directed to him to vacate the service quarter, allotted to him–Thereupon, this Court again passed the order with the direction for not put the service of petitioner to an end–Impugned FIR has been lodged only with a view to harass and humiliate the petitioner–Respondents are attempting to settle their dispute by giving a cloak of criminal offence–They have not filed the reply in regard to the cheques annexed by the petitioner–Petitioner in the present case needs to be protected against vexatious and unwarranted prosecution–FIR quashed.
