Rajasthan Prisoners (Release on Parole) Rules, 1958–Rule 18(2)–Earlier writ petition was withdrawn by the petitioner when the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court was not inclined to grant relief–Immediately after withdrawal of that writ petition, petitioner filed instant writ petition–Held, without obtaining any liberty to file a fresh, the petitioner cannot file and maintain a fresh application so also present writ petition particularly when there is no change in circumstances–Filing of application one after another, is a clear abuse of process of law–Petition dismissed with cost.
