Indian Partnership Act, 1932–Sec. 14–Decree of permanent injunction in favour of respondent nos. 1 & 4–High Court modified it and held that the decree rendered by the Trial Court will be read in favour of the firm–Property was belonging to B–He entered into the partnership with his brother–Thereafter, the property became the property of the firm by virtue of Sec. 14–He started constructon the hotel on the land after constituting the partnership–No reason is found to take the different view from the view taken by the High Court–Interference declined.
