Sec. 151–Rejection of application–Appreciation of–Suit for perpetual injunction–Petitioner sought to summon the approved plan of respondent and entire file of UIT–Allegations contained in plaint are required to be proved by cogent evidence–Further, the respondent is required to prove that the construction raised by him is in adherence of the permission granted by UIT–Court can grant appropriate relief to petitioner, if the respondent fails to do so–Further, the application submitted by petitioner is vague, cryptic and unspecific–Held, it was rightly dismissed.
