Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 190(1)(b)–Cognizance for the offence–When will be held to be taken–When the Magistrate applies his judicious mind to the facts and circumstances or he suspects a case or to the suspects of the commission of an offence, it will be deemed that the cognizance has been taken by him.
