Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009–Secs. 194 & 245–Notice for removal of encroachment–Father of the petitioner was in possession of the land which was belonging to the Irrigation Department and he was paying the rent for the same–Thereafter, the land was transferred to Gram Panchayat without any authority and Gram Panchayat issued the patta in favour of the father of petitioner–Patta was cancelled by the Collector in a revision–Subsequently, the Municipal Board was constituted in the area and the land was purchased by the Municipal Board–Thereafter, several opportunities were given to the petitioner and the powers u/ss. 194 & 245 were exercised–Patta was cancelled in 1983 and it has been challenged in the year 2023–Held, no case is made out for granting the relief in favour of petitioner.
