Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 168–Scope–Tribunal has the powers and jurisdiction to make an inquiry into claims arising out of deaths and injuries caused by an accident and make the award determining the compensation which appears to be just–The power to hold an inquiry cannot be construed in a restrictive manner.
