Factories Act, 1948–Sec. 2(l)–Person employed–Ambit of–A person who does anything directly or indirectly towords the making of article manufactured in a factory or an establishment upto any stage, till they are ready to be delivered and put in market, is a person employed in the factory i.e. worker within the meaning of Sec. 2(l) of the Act.
