Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 33 (2) (b)–Proceedings under–Tribunal is required to see whether a prima facie case is made out as regards to the validity of the domestic enquiry held into the allegations of misconduct–Witnesses who were examined during the course of enquiry proceedings, are not required to be again produced before the Tribunal.
