Rajasthan Jail Manual–Rule 242–Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2000–Care & look after of the minor children of female prisoners–Held, provisions of Sections 34 & 37 of Act of 2000 have complied, and such children should be sent to children home or shelter home–State is directed to open the adequate number of children’s home in each District.
