Criminal Trial–Eye witnesses–Reliability of conduct–Allegation that two women were assaulting the deceased–Three witnesses tried to intervene but the assailants made an aggressive overture towards them, on which they rushed to police station–Assailants were two ladies and witnesses were three well embodied young men–One of them was the brother of deceased–Incident was alleged to be taken place in the heavily populated area–Significant delay in lodging the FIR whereas the police station was nearby 1 km–Witnesses are wholly unreliable.
