Criminal Trial–Last Seen–Evidence of–Reliability–PW 6 admitted that he was present when the police was conducting the inquest of dead bodies–However, he did not choose to disclose the fact of last seen before the police–He shared the information to PW 7 and, thereafter, they proceeded to inform the police–High Court committed error in not appreciating the contradictions and inconsistencies between the evidence of PW 6 & PW 7–Material contradictions in their testimony regarding the arrest of accused–Evidence is
