Rajasthan Prisoner’s Release on Parole Rules, 2021–Rule 11(3)–Petitioner is seeking emergent parole on the ground of demise of his real brother–He belongs to a poor family, his father has already expired, his mother is physically disable and there is only one surviving brother–His presence is stated to be essential for performance of hindu rites, customs and family traditions following the death–Petitioner is directed to be released on emergent parole for a period of fifteen days.
