Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 212–During the pendency of the application for the temporary injunction, BOR granted the permission to the respondent to complete the construction of his house over the disputed land–Serious illegality–Orders passed by RAA & BOR set aside and directed to trial Court to decide the application.
