Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 100–While disposing the second appeal, High Court did not proceed to answer the six substantial questions on merits and instead went into discussion on all other issues which were not the subject matter of six questions framed–Impugned order is set aside and matter remanded back for deciding the second appeal in accordance with law.
