Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 230 & 251-A–BOR passed the interim order granting the relief on the stay application in the revision petition whereas the appeal u/s. 225 was still pending before RAA–Revision preferred by the respondents before the BOR was not maintainable because the order passed by RAA cannot be termed as the final order in terms of Sec. 225–Impugned order passed by BOR is liable to be quashed and set aside.
