Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 27–Application under–Scope for allowing–Photocopies are not admissible in evidence–No reason has been assigned for not producing these documents at the stage of trial inspite of existence of these documents–There is no averment in the application that the documents could not be produced despite due diligence–Application deserves to be dismissed.
