Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec, 19(8)–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 20, Rule 1 & Order 21, Rule 35–In the matter of eviction, the Execution Court has issued the warrant for vacating the premises–Petitioner’s appeal is pending before the Appellate Tribunal wherein the final arguments have been heard and concluded on 28.01.2025 but the matter is pending for pronouncement of judgment–Order 20, Rule 1 prescribes thirty day’s time in which a judgment should be pronounced–Sec. 19(8) of the Rajasthan Rent Control Act lays that the Appellate Rent Tribunal shall dispose of the appeal within a period of one hundred and eighty days from the date of service of notice of appeal–Appellate Tribunal is directed to dispose the appeal within two weeks–Till, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.
