Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439–Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 8/20–400 cannabis plant were recovered cultivated from the small garden belonging to petitioner–No valid licence–Further, 500 gms. dry ganja was also recovered from his possession–Plea of petitioner that they were not having flower & fruit tops, has no substance–Declined to grant bail.
