Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 7– Trial Court declined to accept the valuation of the suit as per the provisions of Sec. 7–Suit for declaration of the sale deed null and void–Petitioner is the executant of the sale deed and the allegation is that the cheque of the sale consideration has been dishonoured–Matter relates indirectly seeking the relief of cancellation of the sale deed–Market value of the agricultural land has been shown in the sale deed–plaintiff can not be allowed to assess the market value by taking the resort of Sec. 7–Held, no error is found in the impugned order.
