Land Acquisition Act, 1894–Sec. 23–Compensation–This Court has granted the compensation at the rate of Rs. 325/- per sq. yard in all cases covered by same notification–Appellants are also hold entitled for getting compensation at the same rate–However, any statutory benefit for the period of delay in filing SLP would not be granted.
