Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Dismissal of application–Detailed averments in regard to limitation were made in the application but these were not considered by the trial Court–Application was dismissed in a mechanical and cryptic manner–Impugned order quashed and set aside and the matter remanded back for deciding the application afresh.
