Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950–Sec. 19/54–FIR for the offence–Recovery of country made liquor from the godown–It is not disputed that the prayer for use of godown was pending before the competent authority with the requisite fees and the permission for use of godown was granted only after a day of the institution of FIR–FIR suffers from the abuse of process of law and deserves to be quashed.
