Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 24–Hindu Marriage Act, 1955– Sec. 13–Petitioner-wife sought the transfer of the case with the prayer that she is not well educated woman and she has not sufficient financial means–Further, the other cases are also pending at Gangapur City–Response of nonapplicant-husband that he is govt. servant and two minor sons are in his custody–It is not a case where the applicant-wife may claim for more inconvenience–Directed to pay Rs. 2,000/- for each and every date to applicant-wife–If the amount is not paid, the further proceedings of the civil suit for dissolution of marriage may be stalled and the proceedings may be kept on hold until the payment of the travelling allowance is made.
